To help you through the hiring process we developed an online system that will allow you to be proactive in attaining a postion at the Sicilian Oven. Below is a step by step process that you need to take inorder to become part of our team.

STEP 1: APPLY
|
 |
Fill the online application in its entirety and someone will get back to you witin 24 hours. Either we will invite you to be interviewed or we will hold your application until a position is available. |
STEP 2: INTERVIEW
|
 |
Once you have been invited for an interview, a manager will set up a time for you to have your interview. Business attire is required for your interview. |
STEP 3: DOWNLOAD EMPLOYEE MANUAL

If you are hired, you will be given access to our online employee section of the site. Here you will be required to download your employee manual, tax forms and infromation that you be required to learn. You wil be tested on all of the material that is furnished to you. |
STEP 4: COLLECT ALL DOCUMENTS

On your first day of training your will be required to bring in COPIES AND
ORIGINALS of the following: signed back page of employee manual, I-9 form, W-4 form, drivers license, social security card and or, required documents per the I-9 form. |
STEP 5: TAKE WRITTEN EXAM
|
 |
All of the material that you will need to pass your exam wll be in your employee manual. This information will range from the menu to, how you may handle different scenairos that may arise while working your postition. YOU DO NOT WORK UNTIL YOU PASS YOUR EXAM |
STEP 6: BEGING TRANING

 |
On your first day of training, you will take your exam, turn in your documents and get acquainted with your position. You will also be given a training schedule by your manager. You will be expected to know what you will be convering each day. |
